TextAI.bot Inc. provides automated communication tools and artificial intelligence systems that interact through SMS, email, and web-based chat. Our service is designed to deliver responses, process data, and automate workflows for users and businesses.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using TextAI.bot Inc., you confirm that you are legally competent and authorized to enter into binding agreements.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Use the chatbot to transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
   
• Interfere with or disrupt our network, servers, or systems.
   
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our proprietary code or systems.
   
• Misuse automated features for spamming, harassment, or unauthorized marketing.
   

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the chatbot or any connected system, you consent to data handling practices as outlined in that policy.

By engaging with TextAI.bot Inc., you consent to receive automated text messages or emails from our platform. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or contacting onboard@textai.bot.

All content, code, trademarks, and materials produced or distributed by TextAI.bot Inc. are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any part of the system or its outputs without written authorization.

TextAI.bot Inc. provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding service performance, accuracy, or reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextAI.bot Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TextAI.bot Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted publicly with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
